What are Branded Surveys and How Do They Work?
Ilya Sergeevych with fizkes – Shutterstock
Branded Surveys, often known as ‘MintVine’ (since that’s what it used to be called) or ‘Go Branded’ (because that’s what the website’s URL says), is an online survey service that rewards you for your feedback.
These surveys may be about anything, from your daily routines to what restaurants you believe are the greatest or what television programs you watch. You’ll earn points for each survey you complete, which you can then redeem for prizes.
Some of the largest companies utilize the information you provide on Branded Surveys to help them make decisions, whether it’s about which goods to release next or which demographic to target.
Unlike some other survey sites, such as Swagbucks or Toluna, Branded Surveys is only a survey site, with no additional options for making money such as viewing movies or getting rewards on your purchases.
How much money do you make from paid surveys?
How much money you make with Branded Surveys is completely dependent on how hard you work. Nonetheless, we’d say Branded Surveys is one of the more generous survey sites in terms of pay-per-survey and the least amount you need to earn before you can cash out.
Every survey you complete will earn you points, and although lengthier surveys usually pay more, this isn’t always the case. As seen in the picture above, a somewhat shorter survey can sometimes pay more points than one that takes twice as long.
Each point earned on Branded Surveys will always be worth the same amount: 1 cent, regardless of how many you earn (USD). This implies that 100 Branded Surveys points are worth $1, and 1,000 points are worth $10.
This is always the case, which makes calculating the worth of your points at any given moment very simple (compared to, say, Toluna, where the value varies depending on how you redeem your points).
We say’relatively’ because points are priced in US dollars, thus there is no fixed translation rate into pound sterling. The value of Branded Surveys points is determined by the strength of the pound against the dollar.
Fortunately, the dollar’s value against the pound has remained quite steady. Because $1 is generally valued between £0.70 and £0.80, 100 Branded Surveys points are usually worth the same.
Of course, this means that if you redeem your points on a day when the currency conversion isn’t in your favor, you may get a lower payment.
If you’re concerned about obtaining a bad bargain, keep in mind that you’re not obligated to use all of your points at once. So, if you believe the dollar is going to be especially bad versus the pound when you cash out, you may save some in your Branded Surveys account and redeem the rest when the exchange rate is better.

Furthermore, since the value of your points is the same regardless of which store you use, we suggest using PayPal or Mastercard because you may spend the money anywhere you choose (including at some of the other companies, if you so wish).
How can you get your money from Branded Surveys?
It’s very easy to redeem your rewards on Branded Surveys.
A button labeled ‘Payout Options’ may be found in the left-hand sidebar (under the ‘Menu’ tab on mobile). When you click here, you’ll see all of the payment options mentioned above.
Simply choose how you’d want to be paid, confirm your decision by email, and then enter the number of points you’d like to redeem. You should receive your money within one or two business days after your request has been accepted. It’s as simple as pie.
Review of Branded Surveys
People often inquire, “Is Branded Surveys legit?” as they do with most of the site’s rivals. — a reasonable question, considering how simple it seems to be to earn money.
The good news is that Branded Surveys is 100% legitimate. As long as you’re eligible for the surveys and complete them correctly, you should be able to earn the number of points each one offers.
Users of Branded Surveys often appreciate the site for the frequency with which it sends you new surveys to complete and the speed with which payments are handled.
However, one problem we discovered (and that many others in the Branded Surveys community have as well) is that you’ll frequently be required to complete a slew of preliminary screening questions before being informed you’re not a match.
This means that despite spending a few minutes answering questions – time that might have been spent completing surveys for which you are a match – you will not get any points.
However, this complaint may be leveled at any number of survey sites, and it isn’t exclusive to Branded Surveys, so don’t let that deter you from joining up and giving it a go.
Free lottery drawings are even easier to participate in than online surveys, and the payouts may be much larger.
There are eight different methods to make money using branded surveys.
The greatest methods to earn money using Branded Surveys are as follows:
-
With our registration incentive, you’ll get 100 points.
First and foremost, without establishing an account, you will not be able to earn any points on Branded Surveys. But don’t go straight to the site; instead, utilize our link to receive a 100-point bonus simply for joining up.
Creating a Branded Surveys account usually only earns you 50 points, so do yourself a favor and quadruple your money by joining up via us instead. It’s the same procedure and takes the same amount of time, therefore it’s free money!

Fill out surveys
As the name implies, surveys are the primary source of income on Branded Surveys.
The surveys that are accessible to you will be featured in two places: your Branded Surveys Dashboard’s ‘Survey Spotlight,’ and the regular emails that the site sends you. When we say you’ll receive a lot of these emails, we mean it. You may want to join up using an alias email so your primary inbox doesn’t get flooded.
Every day, you should have a fair number of surveys accessible to you, regardless of how you access them. You won’t be able to see what each survey is about before you click, but the majority of them will have been marketed to you because you match the profile of the person the survey’s creators are looking for.
As a result, the surveys will almost always have some connection to who you are, what you do, and what you’re interested in. The longer you’ve been a member, the less likely you should be shown surveys that you don’t think are relevant or that later reject you, since the more surveys you complete, the more Branded Surveys learns about the kind of surveys you like.
How much money can you earn by participating in surveys?
According to Branded Surveys, each survey pays 50–500 points on average, which we have found to be accurate. Although, there were a few polls that paid about $40, so there are no promises.
Longer surveys are usually worth more money, although this isn’t always the case. If you have the option of taking many different surveys but aren’t sure which one is the greatest use of your time, figuring out how much each one pays per minute may be helpful.
Survey one, seen above, takes 16 minutes and awards 250 points. In the meanwhile, survey two pays 92 points and takes seven minutes. It may seem difficult to determine which survey offers the greatest value, but calculating the points per minute (we’ll refer to it as PPM from now on) makes the decision much easier.
Simply divide the amount of points on offer by the number of minutes the survey will take to get the PPM. If you do this for the two polls shown above, you’ll discover that survey one has a PPM of approximately 15.6, while survey two has a PPM of just over 13.1. As a result, survey one is the most effective method to gain points out of the two available.
Given that 100 points = $1 on Branded Surveys, you might even calculate an hourly salary for the surveys you’re given. The PPM for Survey 1 is 15.6, which translates to 936 points per hour, or $9.36 per hour.
That was £6.76 per hour at the time of writing, which is still about the National Minimum Wage for individuals aged 18–20 in the UK. That’s not bad for a few quick questions.

Fill out your Profile Surveys if you haven’t already.
Shutterstock user Ollyy contributed this image.
As previously said, the more engaged you are on the site, the better Branded Surveys is able to determine what kind of surveys to send you. Completing your Profile Surveys, which can be accessed by selecting ‘My Profile’ (under ‘Preferences’ in the sidebar, or on the ‘Menu’ tab on mobile), is the fastest and most efficient method to accomplish this.
There are a total of nine surveys available here, ranging from travel to health. Each Profile Survey just has a few questions (typically fewer than ten), so you shouldn’t have to spend more than a few minutes on each one.
The Extended Profile Survey is the longest and offers a 50-point reward, while the others each provide ten points. While this may not seem like much, keep in mind that Profile Surveys are considerably shorter than normal surveys and, more crucially, are open to everyone, so there’s no danger of beginning one just to discover out later that you’re not qualified.

In Branded Elite, progress to the next level.
Valerii Evlakhov is a Shutterstock contributor.
Consider Branded Elite to be the loyalty card program for Branded Surveys. There are incentives available, as with other loyalty programs, but the largest and greatest bonuses are given to those in the top levels, and climbing the ladder will require you to complete more surveys.
You’ll get a Bronze medal if you complete at least two surveys each month. Once you’ve done that, every time you complete at least 12 surveys in a week, you’ll receive a 5% bonus*.
Once you’ve completed 10 surveys each month, you’ll be promoted to Silver, where you’ll get a 10% bonus* for completing at least 12 surveys per week, a 12% bonus* for completing at least 20, and a 14 percent bonus* for completing 30 or more.
Gold is the highest tier, and to get it, you must complete 25 surveys each week. If you do, you’ll receive a 15% bonus* if you complete 12 or more surveys each week, a 17% bonus* if you complete 20 or more, and a huge 19% bonus* if you complete 30 or more surveys in a single week.
As if that wasn’t enough incentive to fill out additional surveys, Branded Elite members are now eligible to win the Random Winner draw. You’ll get one entry into this lottery for each survey you complete, and the more entries you have, the more chances you’ll have to win.
The daily draw’s randomly chosen winner receives 50 points, while weekly drawings provide 500 points, and the monthly Random Winner draw awards 1,000 points to the fortunate winner.
* All incentives are determined as a percentage of your week’s total approved survey points.

Sharing is caring, and it’s also very lucrative in the case of Branded Surveys.
You may scroll down to the bottom of each page and see a button labeled ‘Invite Friends’ beneath the heading labelled ‘Earn’ as long as you’re signed in to Branded Surveys. When you click this, you’ll be brought to your referrals hub, which contains your unique invitation link among other things.
You’ll get a 50-point bonus for every individual who joins up using your link and earns the Silver Branded Elite badge. To earn the points, you must have at least a Bronze badge, but there is no limit to how many times you may recommend individuals – so your earning potential is only limited by your social network.

Fill out the daily polls

Daily polls are probably the most straightforward method to earn Branded Surveys points.
At the bottom of your Dashboard, the site will provide you with a new poll every day. This is a basic multiple-choice question with a five-point reward for completion, and it’s open to all Branded Surveys members.
You may discover that it isn’t always immediately relevant to you, but you should always be able to say “don’t know” or “not sure.” If not, Branded Surveys recommends answering as honestly as possible. So there’s no need to miss out on a daily five-point bonus!

Earn incentives by placing high on the leaderboard.

You’ll find a link to the Branded Surveys Leaderboard on the left sidebar (again, in the ‘Menu’ tab on mobile). This is a rating of all users on the site based on how many points they’ve earned, with daily, weekly, and monthly rankings in separate tables.
There’s a lot of competition to get to the top, but if you do, you’ll be rewarded with a bonus. The following are the rewards up for grabs, based on your daily, weekly, and monthly results:
- Top 50 – 50 points per day
- Top 50 – 200 points each week
- Top 20 – 300 points each month

Completing Partner Surveys

If you manage to exhaust all other methods to gain points on Branded Surveys by some miracle, the Partner Surveys will still be waiting for you.
These operate similarly to the usual surveys you’ll see on your Dashboard, but they’re not hosted by Branded Surveys and are instead conducted by the company’s research partners, as you may have guessed from the name.
Anecdotally, the incentives for these surveys aren’t nearly as substantial as those housed on Branded Surveys, and you’ll have to deal with the partner business instead if you have any problems.
But, at the end of the day, it’s still a chance to earn points by completing additional surveys.
Survey sites are hard to match when it comes to flexible and simple methods to earn money. And, as we’ve just shown, Branded Surveys is one of the finest and most profitable choices available.
